Leading this new chapter are Chef Beto and his wife, Vanessa, owners of El Taco Dorado. Together, they have transformed their passion for food, their Mexican roots, and their love of bringing people together around the table into a new family restaurant concept.

With more than 27 years of experience in the kitchen, Chef Beto has dedicated much of his life to mastering the art of cooking. His experience, passion, and respect for quality ingredients are at the heart of every dish we proudly serve.

For Beto and Vanessa, El Taco Dorado is much more than a restaurant. It is a family project, created with love, dedication, and the desire to share something truly special with our community.

Our cuisine is inspired by our Mexican roots and by the flavors that bring back memories of family, celebrations, and moments shared around the table. Every dish is prepared with care and attention to detail, honoring tradition while bringing a modern and elegant touch to the experience.

We want every guest who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, enjoy our food, and most importantly, feel like part of our family.

After two years, we are not simply returning to open a restaurant.
